It describes the software. It isn’t a substitute for your project team, who know your project.

A note on names
Section titled “A note on names”You may see Knotty Iron alongside Story. Knotty Iron is a legacy name under the Story brand — the older name for the application that has run this work for over a decade, still visible in some emails and login screens. Same company, same work. The FAQ covers it.
